Waiting Leads to Patience

I joke around that we have made a career out of waiting for my husband's career to change…and, honestly, the past few years have felt like a waiting game in which we have learned to be very patient. During these past few years, while waiting, we have grown in Christ in so many ways--certainly beyond what we could ever have imagined--and our perspective on life has changed dramatically. We have an eternal focus and are intentionally living and walking by the spirit.

Galatians 5:22-23

Now, even though we still don't know what our plans are beyond May, I can look at the past few years and thank God for everything. Through it all we have learned to lean on Him and have found such peace and joy in that.

Presently, we are waiting for a few things…my husband's LSAT scores for law school, a possible job offer in West Virginia, and now something in Tennessee might be in the works. No matter the outcome, we are in our Father's care.

Soli Deo Gloria,
Keira
